Official Giveaway Disclaimer – You Water Inc.

No purchase necessary. Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. The Giveaway is sponsored by You Water Inc. and will run from [insert start date and time] to [insert end date and time] Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”).

To enter, participants must scan the provided QR code and complete the entry form in full during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The selected winner will receive one (1) You Water Inc. swag pack, with an approximate retail value of $75 CAD. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted via the email address provided and must respond within seven (7) days to confirm eligibility and claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. You Water Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
